(Siasat News)The Monsoon Session of A.P. Assembly starts on 17th September and will continue till 22nd September. It will be the tenth session of the current term of Assembly. State Govt. was forced to convene this session due to constitutional compulsions. As per the constitution of India, it is binding on the State Govt. to convene the Assembly Session at least once in six months period. Congress Party was evading to convene the Assembly Session for political seasons. It has to deal with opposition parties like TDP and TRS. TRS has gathered strength with its 17 MLA’s. The long pending Telangana issue may crop up again. The other issues pertaining to power crisis, farmers’ situation and students’ fees reimbursement may also come up for discussion.
Govt. has to get a bill passed in the Assembly to replace the ordinance issued by it for profession colleges.
