Over one lakh students cleared the Physics Paper – II exams in the Intermediate Public Advance Supplementary Exam whose results were announced here on Saturday.
As many as 1,55,512 candidates failed in Physics Paper-II held in March this year. However, of 1,38,646 students appeared for supplementary exams and of them, as many as 1,08,127 students cleared the paper. Further, of 1.6 lakh students who appeared for Physics Paper – II Improvement, 1.13 lakh students have improved their scores.
Talking to reporters after releasing the results, Board of Intermediate Secretary JSV Prasad said that the last date for applying for recounting and reverification would be June 21. He said there would be no extension of last date. He said the key of the intermediate supplementary results would be handed over to the EAMCET Convenor by this month end.
Prasad also informed that the results of intermediate first year advance supplementary exams would be released in the next three to four days. (INN)
