More than 1,000 leaders and workers of Telangana Congress will participate in the farmers rally being organised by the party in New Delhi on April 19.
According to sources, the Telangana Congress leaders would leave for New Delhi on April 17 through a train. The party has booked 10 bogies of Delhi-bound train to ferry the workers. Nearly 300 senior leaders would proceed to Delhi by air. Former MPs from Telangana have been asked to arrange food and accommodation for the party workers in New Delhi.
TPCC President N Uttam Kumar Reddy held a meeting with senior leaders at Gandhi Bhavan on Sunday to review the arrangements. (INN)
