Chairman of Joint Action Committee for Rural Development, Mr. J.V.S. Parathasarathi demanded the Government of Telangana to make outsourcing and contract employees permanent and provide them 43% fitment, health card and other facilities, otherwise JAC will organize Mahapadyatra near CM’s camp at Yadagiri Gutta. He was addressing a press conference yesterday. He told that along with regular employees, contact employees also participated in Telangana Movement. They were expecting that their jobs would be made permanent but the Govt. of Telangana did not pay any attention to their problems. He mentioned that JAC has been continuing strike for the past 15 days. No action has been taken by the Govt. of Telangana to resolve their genuine issues. On the other hand, they are being harassed in various ways. As a result of which 20000 contract and outsourcing employees are facing a difficult situation. He demanded the CM and Rural Development Minister to take necessary action to accept their genuine demands.
