OUJAC to obstruct Chiranjeevi’s tour

Hyderabad, April 24: Praja Rajyam president Chiranjeevi’s proposed yatra and the screening of his brother Pawan Kalyan’s forthcoming film, Komaram Puli, are likely to face rough weather in Telangana.

The Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee (OUJA C) has declared that it will go all out to stop Chiranjeevi from undertaking his yatra in the region.

“We will not allow him to tour the region without raising the slogan of separate Telangana,’’ OUJA C leader P Kailash Neta told reporters today. Prior to the elections Chiranjeevi had come out with the slogan of Samajika Telangana but he changed his stand and raised the banner of Samaikya Andhra, the JA C leader criticised.

“We will not allow Chiranjeevi to even venture out of Hyderabad.

On Pawan Kalyan’s Komaram Puli, the JA C alleged that the name of a revolutionary leader like Komaram Bheem was being used for commercial purpose by people who were against separate Telangana. “We will not allow the film to be screened in Telangana,’’ Kailash said.
