Tension prevailed for some time in the Secretariat on Wednesday when the Osmania University Students JAC tried to lay a siege to Secretariat demanding that the State government reimburse fee to the BC and EBC students.
A large number of students marched from Osmania University campus towards the Secretariat to lay a siege demanding that the State government ensure fee reimbursement to BC and EBC students.
However, police obstructed them on the way. Angry agitators damaged window pans of a school bus. Following this, the police took them into custody.
