Kabul, July 28: It is good news for Intelligence chiefs, who have spent months tracking meetings between Osama Bin Laden and his henchmen, as reports on the WikiLeaks website, suggest that dreaded terrorist Osama Bin Laden has finally been tracked down.
They were of the opinion that Osama and his top men would definitely communicate with each other, to plot suicide bomb attacks inside Afghanistan, and hence tracking them would be easy.
What is shocking is that according to the leaked intelligence documents, they even knew that each bomber was then handed £32,000 to plan the attacks.
The reports divulged that ex-warlord Mullah Dadullah, a close associate of Bin Laden, has been targeted, which hints towards the fact that the troops might have been pretty close to Osama.
While the CIA has always insisted nothing has been known of Bin Laden’s whereabouts since 2003, the reports at Wikileaks website have dazed all.
While few say he maintains a firm grip over the fanatics fighting inside Afghanistan, others suggest Bin Laden died in a hospital in Peshawar in 2007
While US military chiefs yesterday said there will be a criminal inquiry to find who gave the documents to WikiLeaks, AL-Qaeda’s second in command Ayman al-Zawahiri on the other hand threatened attacks on the US and the West in a video posted on jihadist websites last night.
