Oracle Apps Functional Project Accounting -Consultant / Sr. Consultant

Job Locations: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/ Mumbai & Gurgaon

Our current open positions and required qualifications are:

– Oracle Apps Functional Consultant/Sr. Consultant

– Experience of 5 10 years on Project Accounting

Education: Must have MBA Fin / CA/ CFA/ ICWA

Required Skills:

– Oracle Application implementation experience in at least 1 end- to- end project implementation experience and knowledge of integrated Oracle end- to- end business process.

– Project Accounting – Oracle Apps modules of Costing, Project Management, and Resource Management

– Sound functional and business process conceptual skills

– Good Verbal & Written communication Skills

– Cross functional ability (Project consultant having perspective of Finance and broad understanding technical aspects like API’s, table structures etc. )

– Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to the solution on hand

– Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solution presentation instances

– Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, when required

– Ability to work to plan and meet timelines; Should be responsive

– Team worker

– Documentation & Presentation capabilities

– Implement functional solution for a specific area – financials, considering the product depth and relevance to the client processes

– Identify requirements and convert them into solution design

– Facilitate design/ solution workshops

– Deploy appropriate functionality for effective solution based on the business process design

– Maintain continuous updation of knowledge on product functionality, new features, related modules etc. , on a pro- active basis

– Plan schedule and achieve them given the relevant/ required operating environment and interfaces with other modules

– Interact with relevant contacts – Oracle Support, client business team, internal consultants, etc. , as Deloitte representative and ensure implementing an optimal solution

– Perform the necessary steps as required on a client engagement which may include requirement analysis, fit- gap analysis, instance configuration, business process testing, support, documentation etc.

– Interact with the client, lead consultants, managers and senior managers for project status reporting etc.
