Job Description:
Private Cloud Architect for Hyderabad & Gurgaon
Hyderabad location is on priority
Private Cloud Design and Implementation, NoC Setup
Own and drive the private cloud design and deployment using either OpenStack, VMWare or other cloud stacks for telecom companies
Develop the private cloud blueprint, use cases and service catalogues through dialogues with the various customer stakeholders
Develop the BOM for the private cloud deployment, also provide inputs for business case preparation and ROI calculation
Evaluate and recommend the services and toolsets required for cloud migration and operations.
Define Cloud Computing adoption models, best practices, use cases, guidance documents etc.
Deliver presentations to senior management and defend solution choices
Sound understanding of Telco Cloud offering
Hands on experience in designing and setting up private cloud environments, preferably on OpenStack or VMWare stacks
Deep understanding of Open Stack, VMWare NFV and SDN offerings
Knowledge and exposure to VNF applications
Hands on experience in creating and deploying complex cloud infrastructure solutions in small and large environments on private clouds.
Recent experience in Architecture, Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) services and solutions.
Able to design a right cloud architecture from a cost, performance and security perspective
Well versed with tools required for cloud operations covering deployment, configuration, monitoring and management
Relevant Cloud Certification preferred
Expertise in Database technologies and exposure to NoSQL, database replication, scaling and caching technologies
Should be able to plan and lead all aspects of Cloud deployments such as Cloud Management and operations
Should be able to lead and drive Technical Architecture reviews
Data Center architecture & design experience for large customer environments
