Sales Manager :
Experience : 4-7 years

Sell the company products/services by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects
Past selling experience in HR domain (recruitment agencies , Job portals etc.) mandatory
Evaluate and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry
Cold calling prospects , lead generation and field sales for Hyderabad to begin with and should be able to close accounts
Should be comfortable in making presentations and product demos to customers
Should be open to travel on need basis
Research about different sales options and analyzing them
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
Provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships
Responsible for billing and invoice realization on a monthly basis
Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
Analyze the competition brand closely
Be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results
Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
Review performance and aim at exceeding targets.
Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department on weekly basis. Day to day progress with regards to sales pipeline needs to be clearly communicated to management
