Mandatory Skills/Requirements:
1. Microsoft Office proficiency Word and Excel, specifically Advanced Excel skills — must have ability to create Excel spreadsheet, macros, compile/analyze data for reporting; 2. Strong written and verbal skills; 3. Detail-oriented; 4. Superior organization skills; 5. Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously; and 6. Excellent analytical skills.

Read the requests coming from requestor
1. Interpretation of customers requests through PDF document2. Strong Command on English3. Demographic updates of customers information on the tool4. Maintain acceptable and appropriate quality levels and production turnaround times5. Adhere to all documentation standards within the department.6. Ready to work in night shift (10.30 p.m 8.30a.m.). 7. Ready for working overtime and ready to work on weekends roaster
Performance Standard:
Ability to maintain an accuracy rate of 98% or better Adherence to company attendance policy Able to work independently Completes assigned projects on time
Key Skills:
