Job Description:
This role should Lead the team and ensure that the sales objective is surpassed.This role require to motivate the team and Develop Team to take up higher responsibility.
Manager should posses Good Motivation Skill and lead his team.Need to keep the positive with in the team.Should ensure the team gels together.and keep the focus of the team for Company Objectives.Manager should provide good working envirnoment which will help team to work wholeheartly
Should cordinate with Distribution and ensure that the Inventory of Stocks in maintained as per the sales
Formats, feedback on inputs, competitor intelligence, Strategies to combat local competition, telecons ,Sales Planning, Team Issues.
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: 15k – 20k
Skills: Corporate Sales Executive Experience needed.
Furniture Corporate Sales Preferable.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Location: Hyderabad.
