Job Description:
Data analysis, Set & monitor regional targets. Ascertain & process incentive payouts.
Monitoring of BD activities through DSR & visits.
Co-ordinate with different regional offices for various Market related activities.
Analyzing report submitted by region (ABDM, BDM) weekly.
Defining strategy for Business development based on analyzing reports, market trends, competition, subscriber requirements & behavior, airlines. Identifying Target a/cs or new business opportunity Supporting BD, Development, conversions to increase business and market share.
Analyzing Top accounts minutes of the meeting reports – monthly.
Key account monitoring Top 20-40 (depends on region) productivity every 10-15 days.
Support other functions / departments of the organization with issues related to region markets and Business development.
Supporting HOD to analyze, assess and submit appraisals of Business development force in the region.
Maintaining MIS reports on weekly, monthly basis.
Salary:INR 2,25,000 – 3,50,000 P.A
