Job Description:
1)Planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring of day to day tourism operations and merchandising outlets.
2)Maintain and deliver highest possible guest and service experience
3)Creating budgets and operational planning as per the budgets, responsible for targeted annual revenues.
4)Planning and execution of promotions and special events to attract more foot fall
5)Setting up operation systems & procedures
6)Schedule and roaster all resources according to the traffic and demand
7)Inspect facilities and rides on regular basis; authorize repairs and renovations as and when required
8)Regular performance reviews of employees
9)Guide and motivate all front line staff
10Security & Safety of all park visitors and employees
