Job Description:

Responsibilities :

Recruiting qualified candidates for our Direct Clients and TIER ONE Partners.
Sourcing the resumes from Monster, Dice or Carrier Builder, Linkedin, social media, specialty groups and universities etc.
Talking to the candidates and conducting initial phone screening and understanding their competencies & skill sets
Must have good experience in cold calling, salary/rate negotiation and the ability to convince/closing skills
Expected to find qualified resources within 4 hours.
Must be an expert in reviewing resumes and selecting qualified candidates with matching skills.
Recruiter must have excellent oral and written communication skills in American English.
Must understand US Tax and benefits terminology such as annual salaries, W2, C2C etc.
Experienced recruiter with sourcing OPT/EAD/CPT/H1B candidates and US citizens.
Must have good understanding of all IT and related technologies.
Ability to Post job advertisements in university sites and various job portals
Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
Team player, Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
