Shift: EST TIME for initial 4-6 Months, then can move to UK Time.
– The individual will provide level 3 engineering support for all Domino Messaging products and components comprising the technical infrastructure associated with the IBM Domino and Microsoft Exchange & Lync platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Review engineering designs, optimize and engineer processes where appropriate
– Engineer platform solutions to meet business requirement and provide productivity enhancements
– Provide technical support to developers working with messaging, mobility and instant messaging technologies
– Provide technical level 3 support
– Backfill the Domino engineer role to allow the current message engineer to dedicate himself to the Office 365 enterprise roll-out
