Job Description:
Position: Manager Treasury
Experience : 5+ Years relevant exp in Treasury management
Qualification: CA/MBA-Treasury & Forex Management
Job Profile :
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company’s borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
Maintain banking relationships
Maintain credit rating agency relationships
Arrange for equity and debt financing
Invest funds
Receivables efficiencies and factoring
Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
Oversee the extension of credit to customers
Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
Desire Profile:
Forex : Hedging, Forex risk management, dealing with banks and experts
Investments : managing cash and investments, yield management, dealing with banks, evaluating new investment opportunities
Banking : bank transactions and operations
Cash management : cash forecasting, monitoring, controlling
M&A funding : funding M&A opportunities and new initiatives
Accounting : knowledge of accounting standards w.r.t. above. Dealing with auditors
Salary:INR 15,00,000 – 20,00,000 P.A
