Job Description:
Developing full potential of business associates/partners.
Consistently be in touch with Business associates/ partners.
Training business associates/partners on the job by live .
Achieving the targets that are set and to motivate and drive the entire team to achieve the overall objectives.
Organizing different promotional activities for achieving business targets.
Handling all the Training activities for Business Associates.
Responsible for Business Associates Productivity and overall Revenue of partner office.
Working as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement
Maintaining loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.
Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.
Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for prospective Clients
Personal visits to corporate involving presentations of the company and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Keeping regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
Handling Brand and Investor portfolio
Selling various brands (or business /franchising concepts)
Responsible for maintaining win-win situation for both client as well as investors
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
