Job Description:
Designs drawings on “AutoCad” for installation systems and other engineered products such as Anchoring and Firestop systems.
Load design calculations and formulation of product solutions based on the customer requirements.
Preparation of bill of materials for the designed solutions and preparation of submittal documents to support the proposed solution.
Preparation of technical submittals requested by FE/KPM/AM
Maintenance of the engineering library with up to date manuals, publications, and electronic documents in coordination with the Marketing department or HAG.
Provides telephone technical support for customers requiring immediate attention.
Prepares, presents and trains the technical aspects of new products to the Sales Team when required.
Follow up New Customers and update Data Base.
