Job Description:
The person will work closely with the VP, Strategy and the CEO to conduct detailed analysis on business performance, performance improvement initiatives, overall growth strategy etc. He/she will also be involved in critical projects like acquisitions, national and international contract evaluation and bid preparation and fund-raising. For the purpose of this, he/she will largely rely on strategic ideation as validated by internal data and structured data collation efforts. The analysis and recommendations would form the agenda for the strategic initiatives to be driven by the senior management.
Key result areas:
Lead strategic and critical projects end-to-end (with support from VP, Strategy and the CEO) to achieve the desired outcome
Lead development of solution ideas (including associated business cases, as required) in the defined problem area/project
Identify relevant data sources and test cases (pilots) to validate the solution ideas
Conduct analysis and identify the key solutions along with their implementation plan
Prepare documents for capturing the recommendations (as required)
Coordinate the implementation of the identified solution with support from the entire NephroPlus management

Extremely conversant with MS excel and powerpoint, in preparing business cases / financial models in the previous role(s)
Proficient in English (written and oral)
Key challenges
