Job Description:
Ensure that all project-related programming tasks are completed in accordance with inVentiv Health Clinical standard practices from commencement to closure of a project.
Assist in the creation and documentation of new or revised departmental procedures.
May represent department at various meetings such as business development, sponsor related and other professional meetings.
May coordinate the validation of a CDMS or related supporting software.
May write materials for staff.
Ensure that the assigned team is fully staffed based on required workload.
Interview, hire, onboard and train new staff as appropriate.
Participate in the development of department standard operating procedures and guidelines, conduct training and evaluate staffing needs.
Interact with other departments to ensure a high level of client satisfaction through successful execution of projects.
Manage team from different locations
Supervise, coach, and mentor staff
Oversee development of direct reports by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, evaluating and monitoring training needs, creating development plans, mentoring, and coaching
Set priorities and schedule activities of departmental resources, implement company objectives, and create alternative solutions to address business and operational challenges
Salary: INR 16,00,000 – 25,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar or equivalent industry experience
Nine (9) years of database design / system validation experience or equivalent preferably within a clinical data management environment
Ability to serve in a leadership role in a clinical data management programming environment, including mentoring and managing staff
Ability to deal effectively with sponsors and internal customers
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
Ability to manage remote team (across different locations)
Minimum 5 years of team management experience
PG – Any Postgraduate
