The Role
– Design review of all design stages and specifications performance of the Design and Build contract
– Ensure compliance of all Contractors submittals with specifications.
– RFI / SCR
– Shop drawings review
– Coordination meetings
– Review of the Contractor’s Method Statements.
– Review of the materials, systems and equipment’s proposed by the Contractor.
Requirements
– Airport and Complex buildings expereince
– Supervision, testing and commissioning.
– Verification of the amount of work executed by the Contractor in order to validate their payments.
– Verification of close out documents such as but not limited to, as built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, training etc.
– Participation in meetings, minutes writing and reporting
