The Role
My client – a leading interior fit out company based in Abu Dhabi – are looking to appoint a new Senior/Lead Estimator to join the team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years relevant experience in the UAE and be able to handle the entire estimation process from initiation to completion. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor is also desirable for this role. Confidence in client meetings/presentations, the successful applicant will be comfortable consistently working with varying relevant teams within the business towards a common goal. You must also have some knowledge of estimating for both MEP and Joinery.
Requirements
– 3+ years experience in fit out and joinery estimation in the UAE
– Ideally based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate long-term
– Any nationality
– Able to estimate for interiors, joinery and MEP
– Immediately available candidates heavily preferred
– Experience on office projects essential, as well as all other sectors desirable
