Taking Dictations and producing letters, Circulars, reports.
Arranging meetings preparation of MIS reports.
Taking care of Statutory compliance.
Posting journals in SAP all Vendor Bills, Receipts and Payments.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Cash management (Payments & Receipts).
Inter Unit reconciliation monthly/quarter wise.
Coordinating with auditors for financials closing.
Preparation of Quarterly Funds Flow Statement.
Fund position statement on daily basis.
