Responsibilities
1 Sourcing Clients
2 Advertising
3 Event Organization
4 Service Development & Research
5 Assisting Production
6 Costing
7 Generating Leads & Preparing Pitches
8 Client Servicing
9 Social Media/ Digital
10 Marketing Plans

Marketing Plans:

1 Complete research on the brands/ projects (swot, pestle, competitive, boston matrix, etc).
2 Create Detailed Brief.
3 Create a 360 degree/ specific marketing plan.
4 Smart objectives & realistic expectations and results.
5 Liaise everything evolving around a plan: pre, during & post campaign.
6 Responsible for smooth execution.

Client Management:

1 Briefs from clients.
2 Anticipating client, brand and project needs.
3 Educating client on trends, project related knowledge and latest trends in the industry.
4 Educating clients on company services.
5 Preparing proper briefs, explaining client/ brand/ project requirements to the team.
6 Minutes of the meeting.
7 Documenting every communication amongst clients and team members.
8 Point of contact between the team and client.
9 Brand ambassador/ torch bearer of the project.
