Job Purpose Statement
Maximises the efficiency & selling time of the district sales team by developing & implementing effective processes, procedures & tools to collate, analyse & report key sales activities & results. Supports direct served and GSP sales activities.
Key Accountabilities:
Collates diverse types of sales related information (qualitative & quantitative) from defined systems/sources and inputs to standard formats/reports. Follows guidelines provided to create ad hoc formats & reports that are accurate & complete & meet defined manager or district requirements.
Uses appropriate methods to ensure all reports for internal Sales audiences & external customers are produced & circulated by the defined deadlines. (revenue & productivity compliance, service levels & commitments etc)
Analyses complex qualitative & quantitative data (prospects, service levels, goals, productivity, BVRs etc) by performing defined proceduralised checks to identify clear anomalies/issues. Highlights issues & trends & recommended corrective actions to management.
With an appropriate level of guidance, organises & co-ordinates critical formal events (assessment days, customer events, sales marathons, inductions etc) including researching & recommending cost effective venues, arranging facilities, people & all types of logistical support etc. Ongoing using defined methods & tools to reduce sales administration time & increase actual selling time.
Maintains effective administrative processes, procedures & tools to support the DSM/Team in processing & storing critical information in easily usable & retrievable formats (Customer records & contracts, inventory control, expenses, I.S.O., mandatory training, P.R.s, etc).
Benchmarks with experienced peers to improve understanding of available tools, processes etc.
Supports local & district projects by providing technical expertise in the design & implementation of new processes, procedures, reports and templates.
Provides information to internal & external customers on general sales related queries & co-ordinates required actions through to conclusion. Uses defined tools to effectively communicate different types of information & requirements to required parties.
With an appropriate level of guidance, supports the goal setting process by creating & producing accurate territory simulations based on defined parameters. Takes agreed district numbers and uses appropriate tools to manipulate, verify & produce accurate breakdown figures. Inputs & reconciles resulting figures into the goal setting system.
Salary:INR 1,75,000 – 2,00,000 P.A
