Job Description:
Plan & strategize to retain existing retailers, brands etc.
Achieve revenue targets through leasing of commercial units to corporate retail clients
Business Development activities for sourcing of new prospective clients
Manage the entire leasing process for clients
Prospect for new clients through Business development activities
Understand requirements & proposing appropriate properties
Conducting site visits/inspections of the proposed properties with the prospective client(buyer)
Planning and implementing channel partner module, for better market penetration & brand visibility.
Monitor & achieve budgeted revenue numbers.
