Regional Sales Manager is a critical role for the growth of the company. There is a considerable potential to grow our current market share with both new and existing customer accounts. This growth will come both from Geographical expansion and from developing our sales network. The RM will be responsible for maximizing our sales revenue through a network of distributors as well as developing direct customer accounts with existing and new customers. The role is suited to a confident and organized sales professional who has worked in a similar role for large scale manufacturing company.
Should have experience in Channel Sales or project sales of specification building materials such as laminates, tiles, false ceilings and specialty flooring.
Should have existing network of architects, engineering consultants and contractors.
Execution of projects & handling channel sales Distribution network.
To be able to establish teams from scratch to enhance sales in sustainable manner.
Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars and events, analyst and market research management and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.
Should be able to work with the team members to identify and develop strategic alliances and to grow major customer accounts.
Consistent achievement of sales targets and ensuring timely delivery of client agreements.
Need to have continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving monthly sales target.
Interacting with Customers regularly to gain feedback on quality & service effectiveness.
Advancing the company’s strategic positioning with key accounts and strategically important geographies.
Maintaining strong and cordial relationships with corporate level sales and marketing managers.
Responsible for account budgets, expenditure forecasts, Technical issues, Payment follow-up and commercial issues.
Responsible for Achieving the Net Profitability of division.
