Job Description:
Implement systems and processes to deliver consistency, high standard and efficiency in results
Implement and lead a continuous service delivery improvement process throughout the Leapstart program areas, focusing on process/systems adherence and improvement
Coordinate with all the support functions to achieve the desired results and targets
Building, developing and managing a team to meet functional goals
Lead a high performing team of trainers to the next level and build foundational talent capacity on which the program can scale
Provide effective and inspiring leadership, as well as stewardship, by being actively involved in all programs and services offered by Leapstart
Ensure financial viability of Leapstart services through sound operational management and financial oversight
Review and analyse reports on operations and deployment
Lead, coach, develope, and retain trainers with an emphasis on developing capacity in quality control, delivery excellence and effective client & resource management
Hands-on generalist role with key components of employee engagement, talent management, skill development, performance management etc.
Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
Manage relationship of Key accounts and ensure business continuity.
Accountable for renewal of contracts through successful implementation of the program
Manage day-to-day trainer deployment, leave management and ensure the program is not affected
Ensure quality of the program by providing inputs to the trainers, assess their program delivery and conduct periodic audits
Salary:INR 2,50,000 – 3,75,000 P.A.
