Job Description:
Job purpose:
This job will exclusively focus on managing IT / Technical requirements for MNCs / Start ups / Captives. At one hand, this role will be required to manage a team (give strategic direction to the team and manage them) and on the other hand, he / she will manage the clients independently. This is a P&L ownership role and requires working hands on as well for critical roles at the client organizations.
Job Responsibility:
Ownership of practice P&L and operations.
Plan & execute the client deliverables.
Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.
Responsible for total teams’ sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
Keep the team motivated for superior results.
Experience and Soft Skills Required:
Overall 5-9 years of prior work experience.
Experience in team handling & independent client management is a must.
Involved in end to end recruitment cycle in IT/Non IT Sector
Professional working in a business or sales role in a B2B company will also be considered.
Had managed clients independently.
Must have good understanding of technology.
Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has passion for recruitment
Salary: Medical Allowance + Flexi timings + only one Saturday working+ Excellent Incentive policy
