Experience : 6 months to 5 years of recruitment experience.

CTC : As per company standards.
Role:
– Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment.
– Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
– Have worked on different job portals like naukri, monster, timesjobs etc.
– Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
– Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
– Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Expert in social media recruitment.
– Ensures the joining of the selected candidates
