Overall of 3 – 5 years experience in managing the business of car final inspection and PDI management in OEM dealership or fleet company.
Strong technical background.
Strong analytical skills and orientation to understand numbers.
Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment.
Ability to understand businesses and markets and passion to serve
Good communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders.
KRA
Doing quality inspection of all incoming cars to stock yard as per SOP and initiate action in case of any anomaly.
Complete stock yard quality management in terms of getting cars ready for onboarding.
Support city leasing team in terms of supplying the right quality cars (model mix) as per demand.
Capable enough to get the work done by partners like CNG and GPS partners.
Repair quality control.
KPI will no of cars reported to any mechanical repair within 15 days of onbaording.
