Role Description:
Our team works on proposals that need to be submitted to the end clients. Many a times this submission needs to be done in German language. We need someone who can translate the English sales/proposal documents/presentations into German language such that they are ready to be sent to the end clients.
Responsibility :
To understand the context of the opportunity from German stakeholders. To translate the information from the proposal/sales documents/presentations from German to English and vice versa. To communicate effectively with the German stakeholders and internal teams Skills and Experience 3-6 years of German-English translation experience Experience in translating proposal documents, technical documents, business documents etc. in German to English and Vice Versa. Worked in an IT industry for at least 2 years and has understanding of IT Industry and terminologies used in the IT Industry. Certification from a recognized school\organization (such as Max Muller Bhavan/Geothe Institute, preferably BULATS or minimum C1 level certified) . Good communication skills Exposure to at least one translation tool (LinguaSys, SDL Trados) Educational qualification . 15 years of education Work Location . Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore Level 10. 5yrs & 2yrs relevant exp / German Language skills, working in IT industry / Proposal development experience / MaxMullar C1/C2 mandatory. No BPO / Customer service candidates, look for translators.
