* Past working experience with SharePoint Development, Maintenance and Support Projects
* 10 to 12 years of IT experience with proven Project Management experience of at least 3 year
* End to end Project management activities like planning, tracking, stake holder communications, reporting, and risk management.
* Experience in people management with larger team size
* Good knowledge in quality processes, Methods and Tools
* Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Support in competence building of team
* Willingness to provide hands on guidance and work along with the project team
* Should be open to short term travels
* Should posses in delivering projects and/or support services (end to end)
* PMP certified is an additional advantage
* Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals made by experts.
