Job Description:
My client a large consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Project Manager (PMC) to supervise track replacement projects in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all civil and track works, quality control and safety of the project
– Coordinate between various disciplines, executing engineering designs,
planning, organizing and managing construction works.
– Responsibility for all supervisory staff at sites, project and contract control,
program, quality and safety control aspects in addition to carrying out material testing.
– Determine projected time frames, construction issues pertaining to projects to ensure
timely completion within budgetary constraints.
– Communicate project status and costs to senior management, conducting site visits
to verify workflow, quality of work and mitigate any resultant issues
Requirements:
Suitable candidates should fulfil the following criteria:
– Hold a minimum of a Degree in Civil Engineering
– 20 years minimum experience in infrastructure projects.
– minimum 5 years in rail projects (track installation or renewals)
– excellent knowledge of the rail industry and regulations
