My client, a leading Project Management company requires an experienced Project Manager for a 5* Hotel project in Jeddah. The successful candidate will have a Architecture or Civil Engineering Degree (from a Reputable University) The individual requires 20 years + work history at a senior level working for a PM and/or Consultants and have lots of experience liaising between the contractor and clients on a Hotel project (Hotel project experience a must ) PRIORITY GIVEN TO CANDIDATES IN KSA ALREADY AND WITH A TRANSFERABLE IQAMA
