We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.
This critical role will be responsible in communicating project status and performance with the Principal-in-Charge as well as in managing projects in accordance with established KEO design policy and procedures.
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Maintaining proper complete communication with the client on all project related issues.
• Organising and managing multiple and significant projects in a multidisciplinary environment simultaneously.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, project schedules and project budgets and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensuring project standards and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
• Coordinating with all design departments and consultants for projects under their responsibility.
• Managing execution of the contract and securing supplemental agreements as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years’ broad-based architectural/engineering and project management experience, partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
Professional architecture/engineering registration is preferred.
