-The Projects Manager will manage the project very efficiently. Will plan, interpret, organize, schedule and manage projects through all phases of developments. Will also manage project teams and prepare schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
-Will oversee Project Management, establish and monitor budgets. The candidate should demonstrate experience in all phases of architecture and engineering services and project management.
– Will pass knowledge to other members of the team to support a continuous learning environment. Key responsibilities also include team building..

Desired profile of the candidate
Degree / Diploma holder from a reputed PROJECT MANAGEMENT Institute with 2-10 or more years of experience in handling mid-size & large projects- especially Corporate, IT / ITES facilities, & Hospitality. Must have Project Management & Negotiation experience in addition to the ability to manage multiple priorities and desire to achieve high standards and goals. Good Presentation skills and Client management skills are also required.
Project Management / Construction Management from a reputed Institute.
Should be proficient in using AutoCAD , Sketchup and Photoshop / Must have knowledge of MS-Project software
Creativity and technical expertise shall be given highest weightage.
Must have ability to manage multiple priorities and desire to achieve high standards and goals.
Good Presentation and communication skills are highly desirable. Knowledge of latest software and hands-on experience are a must.
