Job Description:
We’re searching for an Programme Administrator to oversee the smooth running of our Dubai Centre facilities. With exceptional customer service skills, we’ll look to you to be the face of our Degree Programme’s Office.

As Programme Administrator, you’ll bring a talent for organisation and a forward-thinking mind set to provide a professional, accurate, reliable and timely service to our students and colleagues in our Dubai Centre. Thanks to your experience in a previous role, you’ll have no problem generating innovative ideas for continuing improvement. You’ll:
• Provide effective administrative support to Dubai EMBA Programme Managers
• Prepare core course packs, name badges, security cards and business cards
• Maintain office equipment
• Work closely with admissions team, guiding and encouraging applicants from enquiry to application
• Work collaboratively with the team and deal with stakeholders at all levels
• Provide logistical support for guest speakers and alumni events

Salary:
AED 134,000 to 144,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
• A Levels or equivalent experience
• A confident IT user
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within Higher Education
• Knowledge of the Business School sector
