Responsibilities/Duties
– Troubleshoot & rectify production errors by analyzing application/job logs, ODI process and procedures. Implement Code fixes to eliminate recurrence of problems.
– Determine and document root cause of issues through partnership with the development team. Self-motivated, and able to work independently but fully aligned within a team environment.
– Perform complex data analysis in order to analyze data processing errors and develop logical solutions to problems. Ability to implement Data Enrichment/correction of sensitive data.
– Implement production bug fixes along with analysis and unit testing.
– Support production ODI deployments
– Should be flexible and able to support during USA EST timings
Qualifications (such as education, experience, etc.)
5 years or more experience in IT applications ODI programming development and maintenance of Oracle applications.
Strong Analytical Skills
Exhibits excellent Problem solving skills and is flexible, adaptable, and enjoys learning.
Strong communication skills as well as strong technical skills.
Proven ability to work independently while in a team environment and who is committed to a task.
Experience in developing and maintaining applications.
Experience in both Oracle PL/SQL Database developer and also ODI 11g/12c.
Client facing role & Handling a team of 20people
Taking care of onsite & offshore
Building BI Practice
Deep familiarity with Data warehousing concepts and Data analysis.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT design principals such as change data capture, slowly changing dimensions, surrogate keying and fact aggregation
and Integrate ODI with multiple Source / Target, Error Management
