Position:OPT Recruiter/US OPT Recruiter/Sr OPT Recruiter

Should have hands-on experience using job portals
Ability to make 45-50 calls every day
Good communication skills.
Should have some understanding about the hot IT skills in the market.
Candidates who are in US Staffing with minimum of 2- 6 years proven OPT/CPT/H1 Hiring experience in a corporate environment.
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources.
Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates for Online training/ Classroom Training/Marketing.
Ability to identify get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources and explain the on-boarding process.
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills .
Should possess Good communication and convincing skills.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
Should have some understanding about the immigration process .
