The Role
Adept Personnel are currently under assignment for a well established main contractor currently operating throughout the United Arab Emirates. They specialise in the construction of high-class new building projects including mixed use, commercial, residential, government buildings. Founded over 45 years ago they have developed an excellent proven track record for project delivery both with government bodies and private investors. Due to restructuring the company is now looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to join the business.
Main responsibilities;
Overall responsibility for the delivery of all on going projects on time and on budget.
Improve operational systems, processes and best practices.
Managing and maintaining good relations with client stakeholders, project managers, consultants, sub contractors and supply chain.
Protecting the commercial and operational interests of the company along with Business Development.
Requirements
Candidate profile;
Degree educated within civil engineering or another related discipline .
At least 15 – 20 years experience within construction, at least 5 years within the Middle East.
Proven track record either at operations manager or project director / senior project manager level.
Strong leadership skills
