The Role
Our client is an established premier medical facility focusing on providing the highest quality specialized medical care in the Middle East that continues to grow and leads in terms of credibility and quality.
Requirements
– Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required
– Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or Management) is strongly preferred
– Minimum five (5) years board-based hospital experience, with at least three (3) years in a senior clinical or professional leadership role
– Experience in managing staff with emphasis on new program development and quality improvement
– Employment is limited to UAE Nationals Only
– Grade, monthly salary, and employment benefits will be specified according to the academic qualifications and personal skills of the applicant during the interview.
