Job responsibilities:
Understand client strategy, current business need/issue and propose the best solution.
Prepare or supervise the third party to prepare the document, like business/IT requirement, business operation flow diagram, system function design, for project stakeholder consensus.
Define and manage scope, budget, schedule, issue, communication, risk, quality, resource to successfully deliver project.
Coaching and Guiding members.
Working on a full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics AX solutions
Passion for solving client business problems by recommending solutions
Reviewing and documenting client business processes, re-engineering and standardization of processes
Experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide implementations with focus on engagement delivery
Quality Assurance and Testing.
Development/Technical Skills
10+ years in Dynamics AX ERP design and implementation
Functional and Technical solution description and documentation
Demonstrated knowledge in system upgrades, integrations and testing.
Certification in AX programming is a plus
Business/Functional Skills
Ability to map and configure clients business requirements into Dynamics AX
Ability to articulate architectural frameworks and recommend solutions
Certifications in SCM and Financials modules, additional certifications are a plus.
Excellent business communication and leadership; able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proven capability to collaborate with non-professional as well as professional stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a team environment and add to his teams knowledgebase and AX experience.
Minimum one end-to-end ERP implementation experience
Project scoping, analysis, and estimation
Experience in EP and SharePoint
Knowledge of MS Sure Step implementation methodology
General Pre-sales skills
Experience of working with Japanese customer is a plus.
Good interests in working with Japanese Company.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
