Job Description:
Data reviewing to detect data integrity issues and to ensure quality of information.
Coordinating and Collecting data from branch and generating reports in excel that allows the organization to get information on daily business activities.
Preparing individual and consolidated daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Partner invoice data maintenance and processing based on validation metrics.
Coordinating and communicating with the team for joinees data and processing for invoicing to client and sharing reports to the respective branch with pending invoicing cases status.
Giving updated information to Network Managers about the status of the requests.
Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements schedule.
MIS reporting by using MS Excel at Operational and Client level.
Handling multiple reports,working with formulae, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.
Responsible for all types of Reports, Dashboard.
Able to do mass mailing and job posting on E business portals & Internet.
Interacting and coordinating with the recruitment team.
Involving in Recruitment and coordinating interview schedules.
Salary:INR 1,50,000 P.A.
