Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

1)Should be from Programming background with hands-on experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Tools Automation Anywhere or BluePrism or Fusion or UIPath )Should have web development skills (HTML, CSS).
3 )Good and Hands-on in core OOPs Programming.
4 )Technically sound candidate with hands-on development experience.
5 )Should have experience with using IDEs like Visual studio, WebSphere etc.
6 )Experience on any Process Automation/Integration IT Projects
7 )Good Communication skills- Written and Verbal
8 )Ability to talk to client and get the Business Requirements
9 )Communicates and enforces coding standards
10 )Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers.
11 )Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients. 1)Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues.
