Must Have:
5 years of hands on experience on Dynamics CRM 3.0/4.0/011 as Functional Consultant/Business Analyst with adequate customer facing experience
Required:
1. Strong Analytical skills
2. Strong Communication, Assertive, Presentation skills
3. Thorough understanding and knowledge of Sales, Services, Marketing modules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & the XRM concepts
4. Security Matrix of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
5. Entity Model, Configurations
6. Ability to push and drive the usage of OOB features
Some experience in
1. Client management, working onsite
2. Industries
3. Creating proof of concepts in CRM
4. Team leadership
5. Creating/maintaining requirements matrix, Functional design
6. Should be ready to travel as required
Good to Have :
1. Use case modeling and documentation
2. Functional Testing skills
3. Tools like Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
