The Role
Marketing Administrator – Dubai

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the Events Coordinator across all events initiatives and the Digital Marketing Coordinator with administration tasks. This is a super opportunity for an individual to work for a professional services brand and on a global basis. Working for the Middle East head office, you will report to the Events Coordinator and Digital Coordinator

There will be support to the Event Coordinator with keeping the venue and supplier database up-to-date, researching venues for client and internal events, managing annual budgets for the events department, keeping track of the guest list for each event and follow-up with EAs on RSVPs, creating RSVP and feedback surveys and overseeing general logistics for said event. You will also be required to provide on ground support at events and assist with ad hoc administration support such as mailings, PowerPoint presentations etc. You will also support the Digital Marketing Coordinator with helping driving the relationship management tool with staff members and liaising with the team trainers for staff members.
