Job Description:
Given below is JD for the position of Market Coordinator.

Head Quarter: Corporate Office (Hyderabad)
The incumbent will report to VP (Sale & Marketing) and shall perform the following activities.
1.To collect and consolidate sales target reports and maintain of MIS on various dimensions (Crop-wise/ State-wise/ Distributor-wise/ etc.)
2.Ensure placements and supplies of product in coordination with Supply chain Management team.
3.To support VP (sales) for analysis and preparation of sales effectiveness.
4.To consolidate the inputs from all Regional Managers for the preparation of Advertisement, Sales, Promotions (ASP) plans and budgets.
5.Collecting and consolidating reports on field activities in line with the budgets and providing regular reports to VP (Sales).
6.Finalizing POP material and Releasing Purchase Order.
7.To coordinate and ensure timely design, procurement and supply of promotional material.
8.Liaise with Govt. officials regarding licences and related matters.
9.Collect and consolidate the required documents and attendance of seasonal staff and advise their monthly payments as per budgets.
