Job Description:
Manager – Legal – LLB – Media (5-8 yrs)
– Drafting and investigate of pleadings – writ petitions, charges, complaints, written statements, company petitions, appeals, revisions before various courts and forums
– Strategizing and formulating litigation strategy
– Drafting notices, responses to notices relating to Intellectual Property Rights infringement, defamation
– Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability
Eligibility :
– Minimum 5 years experience (post qualification)
– Excellent Communication Skills
– LLB is a mandate (strong academics)
– Qualifications from a Premier Institute only
– Only from a Corporate background (not from a LAW Firm)
– Aware of Indian/ General mandate Corporate Laws
– Can join within 15 – 30 days as maximum
– Maximum experience required 8 years
– Should be from Hyderabad or Bangalore
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
